Definitions
In these Terms and Conditions, "we" or "us" refers to Grand River Raceway Elements Casino Grand River, a gaming establishment. The term "gaming" includes, but is not limited to, horse racing, slots, electronic table games, and other forms of wagering.

Self-Exclusion Program
Patrons may voluntarily self-exclude themselves from accessing the casino facilities or participating in specific games, either temporarily or permanently, by notifying us of their intention to do so.
Security Measures
We maintain security measures, including video surveillance and CCTV systems, for the purpose of detecting and preventing unauthorized access to our premises, as well as other anti-money laundering (AML) and know-your-customer (KYC) procedures.
Accountability
Any attempts made by patrons or staff to manipulate gaming outcomes shall be subject to immediate investigation and disciplinary action.
Data Protection
We collect and process personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy, available upon request.
Withdrawal of Gaming Privileges
At any time we reserve the right to withdraw gaming privileges from a patron due to their behavior or failure to comply with these Terms and Conditions.
Liability Limitation
In no event shall Grand River Raceway Elements Casino Grand River be liable for consequential damages or indirect losses arising out of the use or misuse of our services, premises, or facilities.
Jurisdictional Compliance
Our operations are subject to all applicable laws and regulations in Ontario, including those relating to gaming licensing, wagering limits, and AML/KYC requirements.
Termination
We reserve the right to terminate a patron's access to our premises or specific services without notice at any time if their behavior is deemed detrimental to others or compromises security measures.

Entire Agreement
This agreement constitutes the entire understanding between Grand River Raceway Elements Casino Grand River and patrons regarding use of services at our premises.
Acceptance and Binding Effect

By using the facilities at Grand River Raceway Elements Casino Grand River you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions in effect at the time of entry.
